Portable X-Ray Machine Motor Rebuild includes the following:

Hub and Gearbox Repair  (See Video)

Motor and Gearbox Disassembly

Armature tested and repaired (rewound if needed).

Gearbox is rebuilt:  shafts, bearings, seals

Encoder is tested and repaired as needed.

Brake is cleaned, tested and rewound if needed.

Wiring harness inspected and repaired as needed

Brush holders are tested for insulation leakage by 1,000 volt hi-pot to ground.

Bearings are replaced     Brushes are replaced

Motor reassembly and testing     Cleaning and painting
