Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use our website and repair catalog, why, and who we share it with. In short: only what you send us, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Eurton Electric Co., Inc., 9920 Painter Ave., Whittier, CA 90605. This policy covers eurtonelectric.com and our repair catalog at motors.eurtonelectric.com. Our parts store at store.eurtonelectric.com runs on Shopify and has its own privacy policy, shown in the store.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

  • Repair forms: your name, company (optional), return address, email, phone, comments, and the motor and price you selected.
  • Contact form: your name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), the topic you pick and your message.
  • Quotes and repair jobs: when we quote or repair something for you, the details above plus the items, prices, our shop tag number, sales order number and shipping tracking number.
  • Emails about your quote or repair: emails you exchange with our staff about a quote or repair, and photos you send with them, are kept with your repair record so anyone helping you has the full history. Other files you email us stay in our email only.
  • Emails, calls and faxes you send us.

We don’t ask for payment details on these sites. When a repair is ready we email you a secure payment link.

How we use it

To quote, receive, repair and return your items, to contact you about your order, to send your payment link, and to answer your questions. We keep records as long as we need them for your order, warranty and our business and tax records.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that run our business:

  • Netlify, which hosts these sites and receives form submissions for us.
  • Supabase, which hosts our repair catalog and our private order database, where repair requests, quotes and job status are kept. Only signed-in Eurton staff can see them.
  • Google Workspace, our email provider, which delivers form submissions to our inbox and sends your quotes.
  • Shipping carriers (such as UPS or FedEx), who need your name and address to return your item.
  • Our payment processor, when you pay by card.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technology

These sites don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t run analytics that follow you across other websites. Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device: which catalog the header search uses, and whether you’ve already submitted a repair form for a motor (so reprinting doesn’t create a duplicate). Clearing your browser data removes them.

Services from other companies

Some page features load from other companies, which receive your device’s IP address when they do: Google Fonts (the typeface), Google Maps (the map on the Contact page) and YouTube (the video on the Support page, which only loads when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode). Their own privacy policies apply.

Do Not Track

Because we don’t track you across websites, we don’t change how these sites work in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Security

These sites are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions are sent to us over that connection. A quote we email you includes a private link to a printable copy; anyone with that link can open the quote, so please don’t share it. The link stops working after a set time. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children

These sites are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@eurtonelectric.com or call (800) 423-4789. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. Last updated: October 31, 2026.
