Portable X-Ray Machine Motor Rebuild includes the following:

Motor and Gearbox Disassembly
Armature tested and repaired (rewound if needed).
Gearbox is rebuilt:  shafts, bearings, seals
Wiring harness inspected and repaired as needed
Brush holders are tested for insulation leakage by 1,000 volt hi-pot to ground.
Bearings,  Brushes
Motor reassembly and testing
Cleaning and painting, Labor,  Warranty
