Every motor and motor component we rebuild or repair is covered for 90 days against defects in material or workmanship.
What’s covered
Eurton Electric warrants its rebuild and repair service on motors and motor components for 90 days, including:
- Motors
- Armatures
- Stators
- Field assemblies
- Coils
The warranty covers failures within those 90 days that are caused by defective material or workmanship.
If a covered item fails
Eurton Electric will, at its sole option, do one of the following:
Repair it
We repair the item on a straight-time basis.
Credit you
We issue a credit for the item.
Replace it
We replace the item, F.O.B. our warehouse.
How to make a warranty claim
Follow these steps so your claim can be honored.
Contact us right away
Let us know promptly about the failure, before anyone repairs or replaces the motor or component. Call (800) 423-4789 or email info@eurtonelectric.com.
Leave it closed
Don’t open, take apart, repair or replace the item.
Send it to us
Ship the failed motor, armature, stator or field assembly to our shop so we can find the cause of the failure.
Before you order
Insurance on return shipments
We insure every return shipment for twice the repair cost, and claims are based on that amount. If your item is worth more, ask us to add coverage before it ships.
Quotes by phone or email are estimates
We confirm a firm price once we’ve inspected your item here in the shop.
